There were some changes to shaders, thanks to PoD team for fixing that stuff.
Check the compatches above, you may need one

I guess pdx used the same system for clothing colors on the horses or something. Definitely more effort to fix than it's worth
Modding is so messy. I had to simply bring this mod AT VERYYYY BOTTOM. Instead of keeping it in half of my mod list, below mods for clothing.
Love your mods, Agami!
I tried this compatch, doesnt work.
I tried to run it without EPE, still doesnt work.
My game behaves like that only with this specific mod on.
I have around 15-20 mods... Also some old saves. Maybe some other mod have some type of conflict with it, maybe I need to clean saves, idk, ill try my best to fix it myself I suppose. Thank you for answering tho!
I'm not gonna test with EPE, I straight up don't have space to download it. But there were no changes in the vanilla shader and CFP doesn't touch it either. So the problem, most likely, as usual, is EPE's fault.
Try to put this mod below it or try Csirke's compatch, from a few comments below.
(and no, language has no effect on it)
Yes, I do have CFP and EPE. But the game works with those mods. It only breakes like that with this mod on.
In the shader, there is a variable _BodyPartIndex, but I think it can only be head or torso.
So there is no way to differentiate between a cloak and normal clothing, they use the same shader, and the same shared slot on the body (torso)
So to do it, I think you would need to add a separate shader for cloaks, and then change all the .asset files for cloaks to use this new shader, and then you could differentiate.
You could also try hide some info in the cloak textures, but then same issue, you have to modify the cloak textures.
I don't know, @Csirke, is it possible to split how the clothes are colored? or is it just not feasible?

EPE only changes some shadow raster settings, not sure if its noticable enough to worth patching, just make sure to load color picker after EPE, then it should work fine.
ask Csirke who's been making compatches
works for me: https://i.imgur.com/jQbYeMp.png
If we play with it we get random desync if we remove it everything works fine, before when this functionality was in Better Barbershop it was working in multiplayer, that's why i was assuming it still gonna work.
Any advices?
I see a comment below about that, but the description says load order doesn't matter.
I had it loaded above cfp, below better barbershop and it didn't work, so I'm guessing it needs to be CFP then BB, then this?
Color picker for AGOT is here!

And they've also done compatches for EK2 and LOTR!

Thank you @xilukov for notifying me.
@DABLOON GOBLIN, put the barbershop mod below CFP, otherwise it overwrites it.
