Maybe a few different ones, like an upscale bar/lounge with outdoor seating.
And then a dance club with rooftop bar and lounge area and dance club on the floor underneath, say built in the form of an older brick warehouse, with three floors, the 1st floor being some offices and of course the club entrance, and then second floor dance club, windows to look through it and make people visible dancing inside with strobe lights and then the rooftop bar/lounge, maybe a video screen, take a look at the design of Rooftop 230 and 5th in Manhattan, very cool looking outdoor bar/lounge.
