this simply won't work for me, im not sure why but when combine soldiers shoot me I still lose health, im not sure if it has to do with "realistic damage module" addon or something.

@51SHADESOFFADED, Most of my older addons show the commands when you hover over the respective convar in the spawn menu. Don't know why it isn't saving as I never had that issue while testing. However, I might consider remaking this addon

im sorry to bother you but are there console commands for this addon? im having a problem with the settings not saving and if there are console commands i can add it to config to change to my settings every time

@SleepyNotDead, this addon will likely be obsoleted soon as I'm currently working on remaking a few of my old mods based on all the new stuff I've learnt since then. In hindsight, this mod could've easily been made a lot better.

The exploit-proof feature seems broken, i think it counts my clicking to respawn in death as attacking? the shield is gone as soon as i respawn.

It's not any specific addon causing a conflict, I removed everything but mounted games and it still happens. Worth noting is that disabling regen on spawn fixes it; additionally, while I was testing it out on ctf_helltrain_event (you spawn inside a trigger_hurt on that map due to spawnpoint priorities) at one stage, I noticed the invincibility only happened when first spawning, not on respawn. So I'd wager that it doesn't work on respawns for some reason, and that if it's a conflict, it's with a mountable game.

No, it's happening to me, too. The only Workshop addons I have enabled are this and Da Cool Cow's Menu, and it still happens then, so it's either that or one of my non-Workshop addons like Minecraft Cave Sounds.

weird. yeah the health started at 10 but never regenerated. i assume its because of ulx/ulib or maybe bleed out, but i have no other mods that can touch health besides that

@dopadream, the addon has a setting at the very bottom which makes it so you slowly heal from 0 to act as a counter and punish those who try to attack while the shield is up. Disabling that should fix it. Otherwise, it might be another addon idk

not sure why but when i use this mod i always respawn with 10hp

There should be a feature where the spawn protection lasts until the player starts moving again if they spawn while AFK

@No Mic / 25% WiFi / English, there's a setting enabled by default which disables the shield once a player tries to attack using a weapon, making you vulnerable by choice.

This should (mostly) circumvent exploiting a player's immunity if they do try to farm it.

No damage dealt to other players while in a shield? It'd be unfair to have teammates killing themselves in order to get a free shield then they can go quickly to the enemy side somehow with the shield still on for now.
