"i know that you could just type into the console command "sv_deployspeed 1" but i dont want to do that everytime i boot up the game."

...or you could type that command into your autoexec.cfg file to have it executed on game startup.

just put +sv_defaultdeployspeed 1 into the properties thing
its super super easy! it does the same thing as this
