It has a patch that allows it to be playable ( https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3477518115 )

Will the work with the legacy of valyria?

@iNeed4Sleep

Destroyed by the machinations of envious men.
iNeed4Sleep May 9 @ 7:34pm
What happened to the new one?
The Desert Fox Apr 19 @ 3:36am
@SeediSilver It would seem so.
SeediSilver Apr 18 @ 3:48pm
No more updates then? :(
Ranger Apr 14 @ 4:57pm
@markvaughn2001 The author no longer has time to update it unfortunately. There are alternatives such as the AGOT Bookmark mod and my WIP mod.
markvaughn2001 Apr 13 @ 8:11pm
is this mod dead?
ThePrimarch09 Apr 2 @ 8:01am
Mod is working for me. However its severely broken in several places. Most notably is after Torrhen kneels his war continues.
Ranger Mar 24 @ 6:36pm
@Rando @Stannis Baratheon The mod is out of date and does not work with the latest version. The author hasn't had time to maintain it due to IRL obligations.
Rаndo Mar 24 @ 8:39am
@Stannis afaik it goes AGOT at the top, then the submod core right below it, and then any order of the other mods
Stannis Baratheon Mar 23 @ 9:23pm
Total Newb here...Trying to download this and play for first time....i assume i have to download a series of other mods first in a certain order for this to work? if so which? thank you
Boboツ Mar 23 @ 3:26am
thank you ranger

@The Desert Fox, As I've stated, I'm not going to stop anyone from carrying it on, I simply wouldn't be comfortable with it. If anyone wants to take the code and build from it, that is perfectly fine, they are legally allowed and able to do that. By definition, this is in the public domain and can be used by anyone.

I just stated my own personal feeling. You are all entitled to your own opinion on that and are able to use the code, credit me or not credit me. At the end of the day I'm not going to do anything about it and I have no hard feelings. I just don't like the idea and that's fine.

My criticism was really in how Ranger tried to play it off like I'm trying to be authoritarian and make me look bad for no real reason.
Ranger Mar 22 @ 7:10am
The most ironic part of all this is I helped you make this mod dude. Look back at the comments and look at all the code and event suggestions I gave you to improve the mod.
The Desert Fox Mar 22 @ 7:09am
@Ranger Naturally so. That goes without saying.
Ranger Mar 22 @ 7:05am
@The Desert Fox of course I would have given credit that is standard practice.
The Desert Fox Mar 22 @ 7:00am
I am persuaded to agree with Ranger. Some of the most reputable modders out there, whether it be for CK3, EU4, or HOI4, Star Wars: Empire at War–share code with one another, assist one another, exchange ideas, etc.,–it is merely this spirit of collective camaraderie. Moreover, being too busy is completely understandable. Life at times takes over, and greater prioritization must assume precedent. So why not pass the torch? I am sure he would be more than happy to credit your original work, and perhaps, if you are willing, could even provide pointers to him as a co-developer. If he does not, well you still hold the cards. You have created this spectacular mod that has become popular choice for hundreds, perhaps even thousands of people. I perceive Ranger's point is that it merely comes off as rather disingenuous and miserly to not only categorically refrain from updating it, but refuse to allow anyone to carry it on–even to your potential gain.
FLY GUY 215  [author] Mar 22 @ 6:39am
@Ranger, Frankly, I've got more to do in my life than respond to every single message that asks the same thing. I have previously stated that this won't be updated unless I have the time and interest to do so and spending hours responding to the understandable and reasonable comments asking when I will do so, is only a waste of time for me.
FLY GUY 215  [author] Mar 22 @ 6:36am
@Ranger, I respect that mindset but it doesn't change the fact that I don't feel comfortable with it. However, as I said you can just take the work, its not like I'm actually stopping you, I have no power to do that and neither will I try to attack you for it. You asked me whether I would be fine with it, I said that I wouldn't. You can respect that or not, its your choice.
Ranger Mar 22 @ 6:35am
Also people have been asking you for advice and begging you to update without so much as a peep from you. But now you message back within minutes. Its a bad look.
Ranger Mar 22 @ 6:31am
@FLY GUY 215 Well I tried to friend you to message you privately but you didn't answer so I was forced to post here. It isn't personal it is about the spirit of modding. We all share code with one another in order to create the great environment that everyone here in the community gets to experience. I have shared with others and others have shared with me. Its an integral part of the health of this community that we build upon each others work so we don't lose what has been done due to inactive modders who refuse to share. The very mod this is a bookmark for, AGOT, was a torch passed down from the original creators in CK2.
FLY GUY 215  [author] Mar 22 @ 6:22am
@Ranger, I'm not sure why you are making this a personal issue and are for some reason taking shots at my modding ability (something which was literally just a side-project that I had almost no prior experience in). I just don't want my many hours of work to be applied to something I have no control over. You can respect my wishes or not, as I obviously have no levers to act against you.
Ranger Mar 22 @ 6:16am
@FLY GUY 215 To be frank you have thousands upon thousands of lines of redundant code that either crashed the game or slows it to a grind within 2 generations. I was only going to use some of your event code to ensure the war began to save some time. I'm sure I speak for myself and everyone else when I say I'm sorry to see your negative response.
FLY GUY 215  [author] Mar 22 @ 5:54am
@Ranger, while I don't have the time to update this mod properly anymore, I certainly would not be happy if you did so. I spent countless hours on this mod lol. If you have any questions about specific things then I could help push you in the right direction.
Ranger Mar 21 @ 4:20pm
@FLY GUY 215 Could I use some of your code to create an updated version?
AndreJN Mar 19 @ 8:43am
Facepalm*
Subbed to play Aegon. Only to see it's been incompatible for months.
aireol Mar 19 @ 7:59am
On my first play through as Aegon, Aegon started with the Incestuous trait. Is this intended?
void exanite Mar 15 @ 3:43am
Willing to pay for Battle of Tumbleton 2 bookmark. Anyone interested, please contact.
Miggysmalls Mar 14 @ 4:29pm

The Desert Fox Mar 9 @ 5:04am

El Jefe Generalisimo Feb 23 @ 5:22am

Rhaenyraisms Feb 14 @ 5:45pm
pls update i'm gonna crash out if you don't
Newboot_Goofin Feb 13 @ 2:51pm
I think Aegon needs a buff, never seen him actually be able to conquer Westeros.
mattygp90 Feb 8 @ 12:55pm
Love this mod! Is there a way though we can get a decision/event to chose the capital of the Seven Kingdoms with surrounding areas as the Crownlands, similar to the CK2 mod?
Red1Hood Jan 30 @ 4:53am
Im pretty sure its a bug on my end but the harrenhal model does not spawn at all
Stalins_Purge Jan 21 @ 11:00pm
Anyone finding that Aegon dies like, all the time? Only ever seen him actually subjugate the stormlands/riverlands once, and even then he was promptly killed when he fought the gardeners and lannisters lol. Usually he ends up losing the first war and just being the lord of Dragonstone. Besides that great mod (although please update to fix the random independent riverland lords lol)
Mitza8 Jan 20 @ 9:30am
Why are Aegon, Visenya, Orys and Corlys Velaryon only Trained Fighters? Is this a bug or intended?
dev1LjAn Jan 14 @ 2:56pm
pls update, a lot counties are independant in the riverlands.
FlamingOldMan Dec 23, 2024 @ 1:01pm
Great mod other than the fact that theres still no way to form the Crownlands, meaning that once you become King you either have to rule the Riverlands or suffer your Lord Paramount constantly wanting to fight you for any holdings you have in the Crownlands.
MaddockM Dec 17, 2024 @ 11:35am
Hi. Not sure if this is a mod interaction but I'm getting the field of fire event and then not having the Tyrell's peacefully join the 7 kingdoms as they were before, and therefore not setting off the war with the North. It was working a few days ago, so not sure what has happened...
Bladesmoss Dec 16, 2024 @ 10:06am
I was playing this bookmark (with a few other submods) and after burning Harrenhal it says I can't upgrade Harrenhal because "Harrenhal must be constructed first". I checked other bookmarks and it's not an issue anywhere else, just conquest.

I think somehow Tier 1 ruined Harrenhal isn't getting built properly?

I've also tried re-creating some of the other bugs I've seen reported just to corroborate. ]
- King who knelt didn't end the war.
- Every event after Starks fires twice

I wasn't able to recreate the harren the black bug. The war started just fine for me.
Flavored Abortion Dec 13, 2024 @ 7:33pm
its still playable! my only issue is the king who knelt chain not ending the war (still gaining the nickname though) and the events after that ending 2-3 times
Kevin McScrooge Dec 12, 2024 @ 12:50pm
It works with the current version.
QyuNizers Dec 11, 2024 @ 5:49am
no updates?
cherry099 Dec 9, 2024 @ 1:23pm
pls update
markvaughn2001 Dec 8, 2024 @ 4:43pm
is there a way to form the crownlands culture?
