There. The dialog was there prior, but I'm guessing it was overwritten by their dialog package?
Unfortunately, this may need an import to fix, but if not, close the game to see if the patch goes through and works without one.

To use it, you gotta put a skeleton/robot in a cage, then talk to them with it in your inventory.
