@Faith Palmer you're right. the current "consensus" of the creators i talked to however, is that they are okay with people reusing the works as long as the works are credited... im still trying to "adapt" this perspective... but its hard :) im making new survivor mods, but ill have a different approach. stay tuned

I mean, the simplest example is like if you take the homework from someone else but by saying that its not yours and giving "credits" makes everything good and everyone takes it?, of course not. Dude, do your own work, yeah its public, but is so low to take the work from someone else, change some details and then give it to everyone and then pretend you worked so hard.

Repurposing them how? By making different versions of them, like the zoey professional with a tac vest? Variations like that add flavor and help keep the game alive. It's a free mod, and you're already getting recognition for it. Are you wanting people to not be able to add onto your mod? That doesn't make sense to me.

nope, ppl keep "repurposing" my mods so i wont be making survivor mods for a while. maybe one day Zeq figures out a way to encrypt models. but until then, nope.

seems like its an issue of the viewmodel, not the glove (which is normal... i always use valve weapons as benchmarks for this reason)

honestly i dont want to mess with the hands/fingers that much in general... i use Lt. Rocky's Sniperwolf hands. maybe one day i will try out Sokko's version which has smaller fingers...
