I agree with Ethanzilla2 that 2100 makes the most sense. Anything after 80 years from the current time is almost impossible to guess.

It's not that far fetched. In 1867 Alexander II of Russia had offered Johann II, Prince of Liechtenstein to purchase Russian Alaska, but he refused as he believed the territory was useless.

Russia sells Karelia to Liechtenstein for 2 Western made burgers. (Their fast food restaurants are struggling because their burgers are bad because of sanctions.)
