Oh interesting, are the scripted raid fleets broken for GSW? I will look into it. Also, I acknowledge the criticism of missile spam designs, however it is the gimmick of SU so at least for that faction it is intended.
IMHO! I DID NOT FINISH THE CAMPAIGN!
Cons:
-Automatic detection at 1. I have land radar vehicles for stationary missile systems that are pretty useless now, also lua and remote guidance missiles are too accurate.
-Missile spam designs. It is just too costly, I faced not so much SU ships and subs, but the problem might not be because of cost. Also it's enough for me to have 10 anti-ship and 6 anti-air big missiles. But the ship that carries them cost 500k :D
-Scripted fleets made as fortresses. At the start GSW scripted fleets just couldn't reach me, and SU revenge fleet at shipyard was also useless provided that you're outside of RZ.
Pros:
-Land and naval campaings combined at almost 50/50. Vanilla neter and other campaings doesn't have this equilibrium.
I will continue to play when other factions will be added, half-empty planet just feels weird to conquer :D
I've played this game long before detection was added, and I've never enjoyed its implementation, which is why my vehicles rarely have sufficient detection. However, you shouldn't have to mess with the automatic detection accuracy in order for them to work, as the planet already has the global detection locked to 1.
Unless you mean outside of the planet?
