not sure is i am mistaken but it looks like after they buy a building is still tries to buy it over and over (but they already bought it) as if they think its still there to be bought. it looks like it keeps the money it would have spent on buying the building it already bought in the investment pool so over time i get a pool with millions

there is nothing else i can do if they still dont buy things it is paradoxes fault. building price is 6k and the privatization chance is 90 or 95%.

using this mod might help, i made it so capitalist and aristocrats send 70% of their money into investment pool

ya i still have government owned buildings after a long time playing, i do wish it was stronger but definitely better then vanilla

I mean, they buy but in realy small ammount compared to others.

Works great, but from tests i found that aristocrats and capitalists dont buy fish buildings, i need to check why.
