The only solution I can think of for you is to copy all the dds files from wulfian_clothes to wulfian_meshes to get yours to work. I'm not sure why the game isn't recognizing variables correctly of directories.

Unfortunately, I tried and nothing changed, I have other errors like:

[texturehandler.cpp:346]: Couldn't find texture file: gfx/models/portraits/wulfian_meshes/wulfian_human01_f_base_general_14.dds.

[texturehandler.cpp:66]: Texture Handler encountered missing texture file: gfx/models/portraits/wulfian_meshes/wulfian_human01_m_base_scientist_11.dds


I should point out that this is the only portrait mod I own

That is interesting. I never seen that error before. I do not use png images at all. Try unsubscribing and resubscribe.

I'll be releasing some mini updates 5/19/2025 or 5/20/2025.

I will add more and fix some as well probably in next 2 months or so. It depends on how much free time I have from moving. WW2 will be later. I need to redo my meshes for hats.

I really love this mod! It´s my favorite Portrait Mod^^ But are there still plans for adding hairstyles and clothing? I really loved some of the ideas you had for this Mod! Like WW2 Empires Portrait Assets (Uniforms, Hairs and so). Could be great with that level of quality of this mod

i use it since the first day of 4.0, and set aside the launcher tell i have a mod for wrong version, i notice no bug with this one. ( great mod btw , thx for this)

Reforged Humanoid has the Gothic humans as "Vampires" with different clothing design if you only like them. This version currently has them all at the moment for the galactic federation.

I am loving the new update. Imagine my surprise when I started seeing goth-esque leaders appearing in my leaderpool. Keep it up!

Any request you like to see, I am more happily to add it. I haven't added enough hairstyles/haircuts for each phenotype. The empires fashion isn't fully in yet. I have maybe one design in that matches one nation without the achievement, medals, name, rank, nation and etc on it. I just finally got power back from hurricane Helene.

updated female mesh/animation. Females have 2 animations for now.

I have been working on 3d models on blender and rigging them for unreal engine. I dont know when I'll do a big update to any atm.

If you only use this mod - humans and not the rest. This single mod will do. If you use the resource mod + multiple species then this mod is obsolete.

So with the release of the new resource mod and the various species, is this mod pretty much obsolete, or does it do things those mods don't?

Could be great, but needs more clothes as they all look the same (one outfit per job would be a fine goal). Also "breathing" animation is exaggerated.

They all using same clothing. When i drew the first female leader clothing, it shows more skin. I need to recolor that for the other species. The High elves use base5 so i dont need to do the upper part. I didnt draw that part on the head potraits because I can have more freedom on drawing the clothing.

Please tell us you are sticking to the original plan to use the clothing from this mod for all species? Would kinda ruin it if elves, for example, were forced to use different clothing. The whole point of the original elf request (at least imo) was to allow them to use this clothing set.

Figured out what I am doing the new mod I am working on called Reforged Humanoids... The line up will be Demons, Humans, Orcs, Drow, Night Elves, and High Elves. This weekend possibly it may be finished or next week. Some will have further added phenotypes later on like how this one is. All female faces already drawn and working on finishing a good amount of hair left on a few, then finish leader1 clothing set for each specie. Mesh/Animation isn't finished which I normally do last. I'll be then start to work on the male side which it'll be a bit faster since clothing on males covers all the way to neck. All of this is more on the realism side and match this theme really well after over 50 hours of working on it so far.

I am keeping this a standalone as it is. I'll have a new mod that is a whole set redone. I don't want to mix it as it will have a different style of organization of directory. The directory will have its own mesh folder, clothes folder, species folders and etc. The way the mesh is being called is different than how I did this mod.

I would just change the name of this mod, and add the species to this as you progress.

It would make mod management a tough simpler if they were all in one mod - so long as they are all the same style as this one. If you want to have comic or anime or other styles, they could go in a separate mod.

I am debating if Humanoids Reforged will have this mod as well in it with the other humans redone as something else.

If you do not see any updates for a week or couple of weeks is because I am working on Humanoids Reforged. I am bringing the quality up like this or slightly better. When it is released it'll be in a better state than when I started releasing this mod.

Think of it like this. The base of this space theme will have the basics like what legacy has as if they are part of the same faction. After I complete the basic space theme. I'll create additional mods that changes the theme or adds to whatever species.

I'll be working on Reforged Humanoid. It'll be a four 4 species pack instead of just working on Elves. It will be Orc, Blue alien humans, Mystic Elves and High Elves. They'll all use legacy reforged clothing.

Absolutely amazing. My new default humans for the next decade. Quality and variety is unmatched.

Elves in these outfits would be great. Elf necrophages, human prepatent.
