bit late sory i forgot yesterday, i don't know if everything will work well but that should do the trick, the fix for WCR is uploaded on the asset mod so you can use it again !
Make sure to load the asset mod below/after WCR

I’m gonna upload the WCR fix tomorrow on the asset mod (make sure the asset mod is loaded after WCR)

Because WCR doesn't work for 1.10 I tried rolling back to 1.9.8 but COM now seems to have issues with 1.9.8 (some ruler's pants disappear) and is a requirement for this mod. Does anyone know of a way to still use this with 1.9.8?

i can't remove WCR requirement as it would remove the entire westernization mechanic

Would you be able to remove the WCR requirement? The creator of that mod says it'll be a while before it's updated for 1.10 and it doesn't work with the new update. I miss being able to use this mod.

look forward do seeing what more you make the current Japanese and Chinese uniforms are beautifully crafted and look amazing, I wish more of the vanilla uniforms had the same attention to detail yours do

not really, unless there is a big reason like for my work to continue seemlessly.
they are all working together and it will keep being that way, but i don't plan on merging them anytime soon if not never.
I like modularity and being able to turn stuff on or off
also it's way easier to maintain and update in this current form

the honorable restauration should give you the ability to click the Westernize decision from WCR without any requirement, if you take it, it should work, if not then try re subscribing to WCR or something

It's kinda weird, I checked load order and the game files, they are all in right place, I disabled all other mods and this problem still exist, sad

yup nothing broken on my end, must be an issue on your end with a wrongly downloaded mod or a mod missing in the playset

i'll have to investigate, try resubcribing to WCR just in case might be an issue with that from what you tell me

This is amazing, I love the work you have put into the uniforms! Is there any way that via decision you could allow use of uniforms at will? I like the proto khaki uniforms but usually I end up advancing military tech really quickly. It would be cool for the decision to be opened up to other nations as well for example CSA or other cosmetically underdeveloped nations with only one set of clothings taking a decision to use some of them post trench works just because I am the player and am allowed rather than AI taking it outside of Japan

New update again ! now after modernization and up to the ww1 uniforms, you will see backacks on the back of soldiers ! thanks to Lord R for the model
I'll work on a ww2 backpack at some point

New update, nothing new visually but i replaced the old bandolier belt mesh with a new one freshly made (that you will soon see in other nations with the community outfit mod btw )

Alrighty ! ok so for the japanese korea, i've added a potential fix for JKUP but i'm unable to test it properly so tell me how it goes, for the mr characters it should be fully fixed now, and as for the agitator, i worked with Lord to rewrite COM (the culprit) so it wouldn't clash the same way with JUP or any other uniform mod in the future

ok so for MR characters and agitators that should be easy to fix, for the subject korea, do you mind telling me if they have by any chance japanese as on of their primary culture ? that would help a ton

Hi! I found incompatibility with Morgenrote, characters spawned by that mod from military interests will wear both a Japanese uniform and a suit. Also Agitators that are given military command wear both the agitator outfit and Japanese uniform. Japanese subject Korea will wear both Japanese uniform and Korean if using James' Korean Uniforms.

hmm never thought it could do this well on your end not if you know how to mod, but i can do a fix in the coming days that checks for the emperor clothes to only fire with monarch governement type : D

I have a bug where, after Japan goes through Westernization and the Meiji Restoration, if I switch to a government type without a monarch, the character ends up wearing both the emperor's clothes and a suit, causing them to clip through each other. Is there any way to fix this?
