Yes, it's relatively simple/ridiculous. Relic/Sega has decided not to allow modding of the voice lines. Moreover, they haven't included any German voices themselves. Besides, you can't buy voices either. But you can tinker and write a program that looks at what's on the monitor from the outside.

@SirMaus okey, sure, I mean, I have no idea about how to mod CoH3, but why all this shenanigans like, graphics mode, the brightness being 50, game resolution etc. What does all that have to do with just basically changing voice lines? Can you clear me up a bit on this, I'm just curious on how all this works and why.

ja ich werde deine auflösung hinzufügen. aber ich sehe auch, das einiges nicht mehr funktioniert. aufgrund von updates. ich werde in den nächsten tagen ein update vom mod machen.

kann man die Auflösung 2560x1600 hinzufügen. Das Spiel sieht nicht gut aus auf 2560x1440. Ton ist nur bei der 2560x1440 Auflösung an.

"Fehler Monitor Informationen abrufen: '' is not a valid integer value" -Ich bekomme diese Fehlermeldung nicht weg.

Mod funktioniert leider nicht, obwohl ich alles so eingestellt habe, wie du es beschrieben hast. Er erkennt das/die Spiel/Minimap nicht.

@Rayzen_SK wäre möglich. könntest du sogar selber machen. (mp3 auswechseln und sprüche positionen neu zuweisen)

1. Download, Extract and start the Mod.exe (Link is in Description)

2. Select inside the Mod you Screen Resolution. Set German Voice to Max and English Voice to Min (0).

3. Minimize the Mod

4. Start the Game.

Be sure the follow Settings are "default":
- The mod works best in the graphics mode “Borderless Full Screen”
- Brightness must be set to 50% (default setting).
- The player menu, icons, colors, etc. may not be changed/moved, the mod may not work or may only work partially.

@vic_vance92 Da dieser Mod auf eine sehr spezielle Art arbeitet, ist es sehr aufwändig andere Auflösungen hinzuzufügen. Im Moment werden nur 1080 und 2160 unterstützt und zuerst weiter entwickelt.

@ twitch you can disable the original english voice in the sound setting menu of the game. (Set voice to 0%)

(in the next version it will possible to change the english volume directly in the mod.)

Anyway it doesn't work, just tested it. Voice lines are still in English. There was no installation either.

are there also voices from the combat? in your video you only click on units out of combat.

Falls jemand den Mod nicht zu laufen bringt der selbst deutsch spricht, bitte bei mir melden. Ich würde den Mod gerne verbessern / optimieren. Aber mirr fehlen die Feedbacks: Was funktioniert nicht / nicht richtig bei euch.
