If you've been to or around Purple Sands or the Leviathan Coast, yes.
Otherwise, if you've never touched the coasts, no.

Hi boss. Can I do a small request? Could you add some of the vanilla weapon and armor vendor list to the stores? So new weapons and armors added by other mods can spawn at the shops along your custom vendor lists

Their hydroponics are in now.
Sometimes obtainable at the Fluorite bars, requires default hydroponics to learn.

Not compatible with recruitment mods, but if you know FCS, all you have to do is copy the mod over and create a patch mod listing it as a dependant. The dialog is going to be "talk to me" dialog, and you need the condition "is imprisoned."

Fluorite is a type of mineral, as some kinds can be purple. The joke is that the purple cult obsesses over it and finds it mostly in purple sands.
