There are no updated file. I'm still working on it while revamp the facepack. So far it has 216545 changes.

Start the game with 24.4.0 database. Do not load any other custom database that adds a new person, e.g. Ajax staff, new wonderkid, or real agents.

It's related to Sports Interactive licensing rights. You can fix that by downloading licensing fix files from FM community forum.

Must not be the only one, a submod would be nice ;)

You can use vanilla value by deleting any changes from nations and clubs with pre-game editor. Easy-peasy.

If you want most legends play in current top league (PL, Serie A, LaLiga, Bundesliga, Ligue 1), well, that's a wrong mindset for me.
Top South American club from 30s-60s were not inferior than current Man. City, Arsenal, Liverpool or Chelsea team.
If you need balanced, "8 club in argentina and 12 in brasil, same level as top premier league club", That's what I called balance.

All players from Hungarian 1953 team that beat England played in Hungarian League.
Premier League is the best league for the last 25 years only.

To make it balance, I adjusted nation transfers and weekly wage values from outside current top league. Why would players from great River 40s or Santos 60s goes to PL.

I think you add breaking sponsor revenue to 8 club in argentina and 12 in brasil, same level as top premier league club lol. same for some club in europe like Feynord

The transfert market is pretty calm in fact, best euro teams have very good squad with base team+ legends, so they don't need to invest that much
Most player are locked to their club due to outstanding value, 90% of Argentina and Brasil national team still in their homecountry.
Vanilla value would be best I guess
