What the ♥♥♥♥ did today's update do to Huggy broooo his idle and walk sprites are scuffed into a Windows XP load bugg

I known I keep mentioning the sprites but AUUUGGGHH the sprites are better than amazing-
*walks away with suspiciously sprites shaped head*

okay, i will credit you as the sprite-work is amazing! on the front of new skins and characters, that's understandable, I Imagine even just making huggy was difficult, let alone new characters.

@sbeeny55 you can totally use them for sure! just please credit me if you do, in terms of future characters or skins I don't currently plan on to, sorry

by new skins i mean based on withered huggy from chapter 4

Am i able to use these sprites in a sprite animation? I understand if the answer is no, I do pixel art sometimes and its very time consuming. Also, will you ever add new skins and/or make a new character from poppy playtime?

@Kaptain Kaleb omg you're right I'm so sorry, he was originally going to have one but I changed my mind near the end so I forgot to remove that bit, I'll change it whenever I get to patching the character, hopefully soon-ish

This is genuinely a great, balanced mod. One thing I'd like to point out though is the fact that in the little character information button on the selection screen, it says he has a cargo throw despite the lack of a cargo throw.

yo bro i have a suggestion. OK so what if you did the small smiling critters but they are interchangeable and all have there own moves? (like Pokemon trainer in ssbu)

Hey I know this won't change much but could you change the ground upspecial hitbox to be stretch a bit on the lower half? Not too much but like maybe just a little, I notice that some smaller characters can approach you and this move missed entirely . But wouldn't want to be stretched too much to the point of being used as an edgeguard. Also is aerial upspecial meant to do almost no stun? I understand it does no damage, but I've done testing, and if you just mash attack when you get hit, you can easily punish him. You also get punished if you hit aerial upspecial during an opponent's attack or during their aerial, I was even able to not often put him into the blast zone off the top for trying it. I don't know whether it be better to just let the aerial upspecial to act out attack quicker, or just give it a little bit of stun to fix it. But that's the only think I think could be changes, other than that he's been fleshed out.

that's the only thing I've noticed, but besides that, I think this character is pretty solid right now, it doesn't need changed all too much as the specials seem good as is. Maybe a few tweaks, but i don't really think so. You did a great job. Good character.

is huggy crouch hurtbox suppose to be the same height as his standing? or is that a bug, and suppose to be smaller?

Ideas for Huggy's Special Move names in the description:
Neutral B: Baby Huggy/Hugbonk
Side B: Charge Hug
Down B: Huggy Slam/Huggy Dunk
Up B: Tight Squeeze/Hug-Hug Grapple

Also, I think that Huggy's AI needs a bit of tweaking, specifically his Up B being taught to AI on the ground as well as his Side B being usable as a faraway recovery option. It might be a good idea to hire an AI expert to tweak his AI to be a bit smarter than it currently is.

Oh, and one more thing, could Huggy's aerial neutral B be tweaked so it does not cancel on landing and can be cancelled by a parry/airdodge instead? It just sounds a bit odd that it gets cancelled upon landing on stage.

After tryin g it out... i can say this is AMAZING... I LOVE playing as huggy wuggy, he as CRAZY combos-!!!!

Ah, finally a good Huggy Wuggy. We can finally enjoy a definitive Huggy Wuggy experience in Rivals. You shouldn't feel ashamed, Omlette, you should feel proud that it had surprassed that old JPG junk of the other one. This is not scrap, that is art right there, sir.

Maybe we will see Mommy Long Legs and the other characters of this saga in Rivals of Aether. It's a good start for the actual Poppy Playtime characters. You deserve a medal, son.

Also love the DK color, also uh.... notice an issue with clairen down special with the huggy wuggy projectile: it's pretty loud.

I hate the fact that this character is unironically fun as hell. There aren't enough actually well-balanced but still fun heavy grappler characters on Workshop. Great job.

I did find a huggy but it was just a png and finally i found one that actually looks incredible! so thanks for making this! 5 stars;)

@redfoxfast it's an april fools joke, but the joke is that I put way too much effort on huggy wuggy of all things
