I don't see any of the roman republic government reforms, like it says I have "senatorial republic" active for my tier 1 gov reform

but I don't see the icon for it

@mazeedt thank you

@AMG Kaysar

Well it depends on what aspect you're having trouble with but one thing you can do is try to secure alliances on day one or asap. For example, if you go Hellenic you will get opinion maluses with a lot of countries but you may be able to secure some alliances before that happens and they should stay with you.

how to win war against austira???
mazeedt  [author] Jul 12, 2024 @ 3:06pm
Alright, I think I figured out what the problem was. Hopefully it should work now.

Also what DLC do you have? It may be the case that I have used some icons that you need to have certain DLC to see for the custom reforms in this mod.

@Nuggz

I believe you. The problem is that it's hard to debug when everything looks good on your end. Which government reforms specifically are missing. Is it just the icon or the entire choice?
Nuggz Jul 11, 2024 @ 5:23pm
no yeah,. the icons and choices for certain government reforms are gone. Hell not just for the roman republic, its gone for ALL the countries

@冰冰板 Thanks for making a translation

I can see the government icons still.

A question: The government icons and buttons disappear after the 1.37 update

Your mod is excellent, and I have created a complete Chinese translation for it^ ^

thanks mate, an easy fix would be to allow saint peters monument to be used by the orthodox

@Gaming Dealer Thanks for telling me. I'll look into it.

Mission "great cathedral" can't be completed if you are orthodox, at least I haven't found a way to do so

Great Mod!

honestly if u wanna win as hellenic, try to jump Naples as soon as they get independence from Naples through the event following Aragons leaders death
Nagazora Apr 18, 2024 @ 9:43am
Is it even possible to win as Hellenic?
Nuggz Apr 17, 2024 @ 4:37pm
just an FYI for anyone using the Great Monuments Expanded - All for All submod, there seems to be some conflict that causes the game to crash (probably cuz that submod hasnt been updated yet). So disable that if ur experiencing crashes with this mod and that one activated

How hard is to make a mod on that way? For months I've been thinking to make some similar but with Templar's Knights in mind, with a taste of going with Cathar religion but this time on offensive as to any creation the destruction is needed.

The author of the mod is super, but only after defeating the pope, HRE invades and destroys the country, so that you don't do how to play on such a country? :/

Alright played a bit and I must say I am impressed at how reactive the mission tree is, with it having 4 separate paths for its religious missions depending on which of the 4 faiths you choose to play as (Catholic/Orthodox/Hussite/Hellenic).

But I also must say that playing as Hellenic is damn near suicide, first you have to fight the Pope who outnumbers you (everyone has to do that), then you are forced to fight the Holy Roman Emperor (who can call in allies so 4-5 times as many men as you can field will quickly attack you) a year after the war with the Pope, then if you by some miracle survive all that both France and Castile will come to pile driver you ten years later if you're not allied to them.

If you play the other three faiths you can dodge most of that, but damn does the game try to stomp on you as a pagan. Which makes perfect sense, since of course the catholic powers would try to crush you if you stole the Pope's seat of power.

Interesting a more successful version of the Commune of Rome from the 12th century. I like how flexible the paths you can take through the mission tree are, letting the player decide what makes most sense for them.

As a Romaboo, I am very interested in giving this a shot. Never enough Roman mods! Plus a republic path is pretty rare.

A quick peak at the files shows there is the possibility to go pagan, which is always nice to see.
