@RogueYun I think I fixed the error, thank you for the specific debug info, that really helped. It seemed to just be a null reference exception that occurred when activating the auto-work mode. It should be all better, but let me know if you still experience crashes.

I just pushed an update that fixes the invisible Great Tree Trunk projection and allows writing files again. Written files now go to the C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Don't Starve Together\data\unsafedata directory. (Despite the name, it's not actually unsafe. That's just the only folder Klei allows files to be written to now).

I'm going to look at the other error now and see what I can do about that.

Hey, sorry for the debug dump I'm just not savvy enough to figure this out on my own... It seems my game crashes sometimes when I try to use the Projection Mod. Here is the Error: WARNING!

I'm not sure what you mean by invisible objects, but perhaps boat masts might be invisible? they don't seem to show up in a recorded base projection, though i am able to place them where i want them if i hover around the expected placing spot.

Thanks man for the update. This mod is amazing. Iv'e been doing "farm" projections as these are so hard to remember. I do these farms with an ice flingomatic in the middle at times.

Yea not sure whats going on. Boat also does not record. So I made a lureplant "recording" on a boat, howver, only lureplants are registered.

It is a good mod. However. Using F1 to record fences does not work. Nothing is recorded. Also, gates leave a question mark and not the actual gates.

Check if wormwoods plant crafts are available.

If that doesn’t work, you can save existing plants with F1 as usual. If you really want, you can launch a private server and use console commands to give yourself the stuff like plants, make the base, save it, and then return to the main server.

@That Mongoose Guy Interesting, I've never had a problem with that base, I'll look into it. In the meantime, maybe try manually placing them where the projections would normally be? Perhaps its an alignment glitch with the base center or something.

@That Mongoose Guy, try placing the banana bushes before the monkeytails. Bigger things tend to need to get placed first, Klei said they patched it but it's probably good practice to use the placement priority values.

The second advanced base have a problem with the monkey tails and banana bushes, is imposible to place those 2 together

@Mervil I’ve tried to make it less overwhelming than the original, but there’s definitely more work to do.

The numbers on the projections are the automatically calculated priority values, so high numbers should be placed before smaller ones. You can disable these in the advanced tab if they get in the way.

I think the idea of this mod is awesome, and I'm excited to try to use it. But my first impression as I open it is "this is overwhelming". Is there no explanation for what all the buttons do? What do the numbers of 1, 2, 1.5, and 3.2 on the projections mean?
Apart from those questions, this really is cool! I can't wait to actually set up my own projections!

Hey there. I wanted to try out this version of the mod because the Base Projection by Nomu started giving me problems when I tried to save statue locations. I wanted to see if anyone else is having this problem and if there is a fix to this issue.

The compact boat is near pixel-perfect, so it can have some alignment issues if the boat is in certain positions. The solution is either to move the boat slightly or manually place the chests without the help of the mod. That's unfortunately the price of such a tight placement on an object like a boat.

When I try to build the Compact Boat I have some troble with the chests near the Achemy Engie and the Scaled Furnace
