What is this “Inferno” item ? In each room I suffered damage because of this item because it explodes everywhere and impossible to dodge and get quality 4 ?

Oh, also sorry to bother you again but this mod seems to remove the completed knife piece 1 and 2 from the game making it impossible to reach corpse for some reason

Maybe like a 1 room charge active item that makes you like that for the whole room would be better?

Well, you get the point. I just liked using pony ttems so I thinked why not make passive pony item? I understand you. I'm not a really big fan of Mars and I just wanted something new.

Furious Pony might honestly be the worst item I've ever seen, how is this not a quality 0, it's a decent idea but a permanent mars replacement for tears is incredibly detrimental to any run

Is the mod balanced? Because I usually like item mods but end up unsubscribing from them because they make my runs a lot easier very often.
