I figured it out, untick unofficial patch and it works.

Which mods do I need to untick for this to work again

@Floutek you can disable mod "events without tooltips" or by right-clicking player character and selecting "show tt" with mod enabled

hi, i installed up to date mods all works fine but i dont see tooltips on any event decisions in game...how can i disable this ?

this modpack is crashing to desktop during game initialization. i have no idea why

And you have sorted it with the JSON file? Since the only part that is slow for me is loading the game, which takes upwards of 5-10 min. Once I am in the game, it works fine =)

Well, for me they worked fine? No crashes or anything until the like... 18th birthday, after which a freak accident killed me off, and without any heirs....

All of these do work together, right? I've been having issues with other recent collections where they just freeze after hours into a game.

I also noticed this when I was starting a new game. This is, however, intended. One of the mods in this collection hides portraits of "unknown characters" to the player. This can be changed in the Game Rules towards the end of the list. It is under "Show Unknown Character Portraits" and default seems to be Don't Show.

mods are in the order of loading, from unofficial patch at the top and mgr at the bottom
