played as sweden and portugal, it seemed to be every building. They wouldnt show any buffs when hovering over, just the +1 urbanization and the 100 building cost. That was the same for every cheat building, all their stats were removed apart from those. I removed all other mods whilst trying...

@멤멤 Those 3 buildings are limited by the decree "Allow cheat buildings". Check if you have the decree on your state. I created a "localization" discussion. You can copy paste the content of your file. Thank you for offering to help with the translation !

Three buildings with 'has_max_level = yes' applied have their maximum level set to 0, so they can't be constructed.

Seems broken for 1.9.4 sadly. After constructing some Cheat Construction buildings the game grinds to a halt (mouse pointer still moves but otherwise unresponsive to keystrokes).

@Redaboy72 Hey ! It's not a stupid question at all, there's a reason. I added a limit because I was afraid that the engine/game wouldn't support a large number of these buildings and simply crash.
On wich building do you want to remove the max numbers ?

Ok, that's strange. I've just tested with Belgium and everything seems to work. Decrees on the three regions, cheat buildings and production methods.. hmmm, I need more data ^^
Try to unsub + resub to update mod.
"some methods aren't available" wich one on wich buildings ?
"some regions don't let me put the decree" same, wich one ?
Do you have other mods ?

@Ridiansyah make sure to change the production methods for each cheat building, the default is they do nothing

@Daft Vader Most of the cheat buildings are at the end of the building tabs or only in capital state. "Coal Mines... ... appear twice." yes, that's normal. One is the vanilla building (limited), the other is the mod building (unlimited)
