I think I found it, is it by putting create mod path to the place where workshop mods are stored, and then using edit on it?

You can open it in the in game editor under mods.

How can I remove the two destinies? They use two slots when generating the nine possible ones.

It doesn't automatically breakthrough unless you click it in the menu, each time have to choose it(ill change the text since that's misleading). You click that option in the menu and it will take you from early>mid etc without gathering xp or the pill.

And the elixir recipes were done by the original author so I don't know why that would crash your game sky, I didn't touch those.
