youll have to decompile the mod and models since the animations are bundled together with the animations, after that theres a bunch of blender tutorials on how to make playermodels for gmod which also work with weapons

for some reason the pistol, shotgun and smg are not being replaced. I have no other addons that replace the hl2 models
