This was one of if not my FAVORITE mod when I first installed Skyrim
Coming back all these years later, I have to ask:
Any chance we could get a version that matches the Book of Silence steel armor?
Just the concept of a Dunmeri Steel helmet is VERY attractive to me, and for a while this was the ideal option.

Maddog, this was just to give some variety from the vanilla helms, that would roughly match the steel coloring.

I love it!
It looks great on steel and nordic carved armor and several combinations of the steel like armor sets (my favorite combination: nordic carved armor and boots with steelplate gauntlets+this helmet).

Maybe one day Ying. I've been just trying to squeeze in little things when I have time. I do have a platemail mod, steel plate with chainmail instead of cloth.

Say, how about "full metal armor to match". This would go great with a "fulll metal" version of the Ebony Mail.

This is standalone, not a replacer. Sorry for confusion. Ebony helmets are still intact.

Nomad, it's possible for a 3d modeler, but not for me. I have no skill at all with changing the mesh, only the covering. I'm sorry.

also weight is just an individual value that hasn't been identified so there is a possibility that it could be tonnes

Could you replace the textures of every craftable armor, except hide and leather to steel? It would make it lore friendly because armor materials are pretty much steel and iron in real life. as for daedric it would make it look awesome and look like its crafted with precision.
