To answer your question, there is not a left or right option.
The spot light(s) when indicating left will flash orange no mater what.
What you are experiencing is just a bug with ATS, the bug has nothing to do with the mod.
Unfortunately, I won't be able to fix this issue as it goes beyond my knowledge.

I am confused by the question, I haven't updated the mod since Jan 26, 2024.

As far as I know, I would assume that the mod works just fine on TMP and as there is no issues, although, I haven't received any related issues that were reported by users here on this workshop item.

I do have ETS2, but I do not have it installed right now due to that I mostly only ATS.

yeah it's a common bug when using the spot lights on a node that they were not supposed to be on.

Oxferd thats a similar instance that occurs when using the spot lights provided on Harvens R Model Mack, could never figure out if its a conflict in the script or a silmilar line used in the mode...Harvens lights were good to use as they only switched on when using them as high beam, but flashed when on while using the indicator....

I do not know why the spot lights do that.

However no can do for the Beacons.
They have not seen the developers add addon hookups for the Beacons.

It would be too unrealistic to have every beacon accessory on every slot.
Plus having an massive amount of beacons would lag someone.

So I will not be doing that.

thanks for the mod and your hard work . wish you cud put beacons where the lights go as well.
