Adding Bigger UI to the dependencies fixed the issue for me.

I'm playing on steam. Loaded a game with just Anbennar, this mod, and Bigger UI V1.37. Seems to be a conflict with Bigger UI.

@localimam Weird, I've been playing with it on the bitbucket and noticed nothing wrong with the racial menus. Could you specify whether you're on Steam or Bitbucket?

The mod seems to disable the racial tolerance and military menus. Disabling the mod reenables the menus.
