imperial steel is a better that imperial man

Imperial Steel is just Imperial themed steel armor. The Stormcloaks have their own "Nordic Steel" too. It's the same thing.

The imperial gloves and boots would still look good if they had the same texture and color as the armor.

As a lvl 252 argonian, I do not care for pitiful steel armor...But it's still nice to see the bandits I kill that are in said armor to look like they dressed properly.

I'm not gonna say which side I joined but I'm glad this was made becasue it was getting to me that they didn't have a matching set the loooked nice. I mean the regular steel boots and gloves have the same color and concept of the armor but the imperial stuff was too metallic for it to look good with the armor.

Installed the mod but imperial steel still appears.

This made smithing kinda glitchy. You can still smith both the imerial and steel shins but their descriptions are messed up and in hexadecimal.

why does that matter maybe the guy robbed a dead body or two to get his armor or perhaps they just like the feel of the different armors depend on wear they are worn

I don't think I understand the problem. Not everyone can afford to buy their armour - they scrounge it wherever they can. The only thing odd about mismatched sets is that they have pairs of anything, rather than one steel and one fur boot. :P

For those saying the picutres are the same, please compare the greaves and gauntlets.

I wouldn't mind the Imperial varient if it was at least the same color and textures as the cuffed boots and gaunlets. If I wanted to change the armor to all black then the boots would at least match.
If you know of someone who can change those Imperial boots and gauntlets so I could use them with the just black mod, please pass it on.

I'd have just named them Nordic Steel [Boots or Gauntlets] and left the normal Imperial Steel [Boots and Gauntlets] alone in regards to the actual Imperial Steel which some reason is commented as one of the best steel in the game but is the same stats as Iron Armor.

I'd have removed the duplicates as you did and it made no sense to me too, which is why I subscribed lol, just saying that the two types of steel are different, One's Nordic and the other is Imperial.
