That's awesome! May I ask where did you find the cards' photos? I can't find them online :(

Looks like at some point over the past three years, Tabletop Sim managed to not only mess up the card files, but also delete my basic rules in the notebook and the link to the website I made explaining the rules. Guess I'll have to redo all of that.

Yes, the hero you pick represents your character, and you gain the ability written on that hero's card. The heroes that are not picked simply aren't used for that game, you can put them aside.

to be more specific, what does it mean to select a hero? do i pick 1 of the 3 heroes i got to represent me? or do i just lay them all out there. if i just pick 1 of 3 what do i do with the other heroes

I haven't bought the expansion pack, so until I do I can't scan those cards into the game. I suppose I could take all of my Chinese expansions and scan them and then translate them with Photoshop, but that's a lot of work that I don't feel like doing just yet.

I happen to think my rules are quite clear, but if you prefer that website, by all means use it.

Honestly I don't see anything on the LTK site that actually tells you how to find out how much health your hero starts with (hint: it's the little moon symbols at the bottom of the hero portrait, as I said on my website, you take that many white stones from the bag). However they do go more in depth with some other things.

I suppose I did make the hero selection part a bit unclear/unnecessarily repetitive, I'll edit that shortly.

Regarding the 3v3 way of playing, once you get a hang of how the game works you can play however you want, 2v2, 1v1, 4v4, doesn't take a genius to figure something out.

the rules of hero selection and health distribution are not very clear at all. also at a website dedicated to this card game, there's a 3v3 expansion pack which this doesnt have but could be added later maybe? this website explains more about the rules than yours http://legendsofthethreekingdoms.com/how-play/
