Hi! I’ve been playing your mod a lot lately and really enjoying it. However, I think copper might need a bit of rebalancing. Even playing as the US with maximum copper production across the country (plus Chile and Peru in my power bloc), it’s almost impossible to meet the demand from the electrical industry. If I upgrade the power plants to the oil production method, the entire industry collapses due to the massive copper demand. And if you play as a country with limited access to copper, it’s nearly impossible to develop without conquering others for more deposits.

Hi! Something new I’ve noticed — all German generals in the German Empire appear in civilian clothing instead of military uniforms.
This affects every general, both the existing ones and those newly recruited.
From what I’ve seen, this issue seems to affect only the German Empire — I haven’t noticed it with any other nation so far.
For context, I play almost exclusively as the German Empire, so my observation is based mainly on that perspective.

Hi! I’ve encountered what seems to be a bug — at the start of the game, regardless of which country I play, there are no cannon foundries. The building doesn’t appear at all, which leads to a constant shortage of cannons, and I also can’t construct new ones since the option isn’t available.

This issue started appearing after the last hotfixes before the big 1.10 update. I still have an older save from before those hotfixes where cannons are being produced, but the cannon foundry building is still missing from the construction menu.

Thank you very much for your work on this great mod! If possible, I’d really appreciate any advice or insight on how to resolve this issue.

Heya just finished the ww1 and won as germany but i find the lack of copper mines disturbing (sorry for the star wars joke) but any plans to actually make more of them?

For the 1900 start date, it's a huge amount of work and i'm the only developer left on this mod. I can only do it if i have more modders to help me.

@ShyTiger5 Honestly, I was shocked when I realized that the 1913 mod doesn't have compatibility patches for Morgenrote and the Economic and Financial Mod. But at the same time, there is a Morgenrote patch for a mod that starts in 1736! It's almost ironic, since those mods are practically made for a later start date

Are you considering creating a compatibility patch for Morgenröte? Even now, it seems to be working correctly, you only need to mark a few old technologies that it adds as studied. And maybe add some characters

right sorry for the delay but i wanted to test around what the problem is, after trying out various mod combinations thinking that it was likely my playlist, i found out, even if i run the mod bare as it is, just the standard framework mods such as community outfit or multi-line production, and the other community mods.

I found that this problem is specific to the opening of the game if the player is with bulgaria, if you are bulgaria, i find that you are virtually incapable of launching any sorts of offensives, and if you do get to a place where you have superiority over the enemy, whether through cheats or planning, the enemy AI just refuses to launch attacks unless it knows it can win, and you as bulgaria, can't launch any attacks forward to reclaim anything

It sounds like you have either

1) Conflicting mods - Try turning off all mods except this one and testing

or 2) you are using a version of vic 3 that either needs to be rolled back or updated.

i am not sure if you guys made any changes to the war mechanics, but currently when i turn on this mod, war is broken, with neither side mobilizing and refusing to engage with the other, making wars essentially a giant waiting game

@chrism thanks for your feedback ! Right now the way historical participants of the war joins is simplified indeed, but i am thinking about ways to make it more dynamic. Like the Entente and the Central Powers would get events to sway Italy (via its joining world war je). I just need to finalise those and implement this content. I will also provide more explanations indeed regarding those modifiers like the ones for AH.

For instance, when activating the modifier 'Multilingual Army' you could also explain the situation of Austria-Hungary a bit, along with the problems with Hungary, a major reason why the war wasn't going well for A-H.
Maybe you could also add some information once other nations join the war, e.g. why Italy suddenly turned and joined the Entente, or the USA (due to German uboat attacks) etc.

The main problem is Vic3‘s way of transferring troops across the globe without any problems, after a while A-H and Germany are facing 14000+ batallions...once Italy and USA joined (quite early) with another 3000+ troops it was game over for me. ;-)

Hello again and many thanks for the mod and your work, ShyTiger5. :-)

After playing it with game v1.9.5 I'd say that Austria-Hungary is depicted quite well, especially the high focus on Bohemia in regards to industry, or the high political strength of the Armed Forces IG.

Regarding the overall mod I see this one primarliy as a scenario and not a sandbox.
So, would you consider to 1. add some events with information reg. the path to war and maybe 2. tie those to your modifier buffs as well?

Absolutely love this mod! I love playing as Australia and trying to succeed in the Gallipoli landing. Would be really cool if you could add more events for Australia and possibly fix the starting economy by having Victoria, New South Wales, Tasmania, and Western Australia start with more Gold Mines which would help with minting values since Australia always goes bankrupt by 1917 with no good way to prevent it.
