The new update seems to have broken all modded species, or at least the ones that added their own categories. I am not sure, but I think, it probably moved where the species are located in the files.

This mod currently bugs out the army names for dragon species; rather than an army name it says "%SEQ%. It also messes with the naming conventions of some AI empires, and prevents overriding the same name or randomization of ship class names when using the draconic name set (fleets, leader names, etc.)

Other than that, Good stuff! Enjoying this mod making a revival to my playlist.

For at least 9 people it worked ( 8 votes, 1 me). Checked now, only got default warning -
"https://xoyondo.com/ap/ixxuwiyosnea4u6 is not an official Steam site."

So likely something on your side or Steam being Steam. And i assure you that i'm have zero intentions to spread malware))

Ya, now it is also propely made.And not, i didn't make as councilor modifier because leader traits is not councilor leader traits.

Instead i removed initial bonus and added bonuses which affect science ship.You'll like them, they are good, not imbalance though.

Logic behind leader traits as i understood from original mod is that they affecting leader primary sphere of work. Like ruler - empire; scientist - science ship; commander - fleet/army; governor(official) - planet/sector.

Oh the thing is for a research bonus to work the trait has to be set as a councilor modifier otherwise it defaults as a science ship modifier which only affects thing like survey speed. Right now the dragon scientist trait's 20% research bonus doesn't do anything.

While making species you can pick other options then scientist.Scientist just default option.

Also thanks for mentinoning it, completely forgot.Now updated mod in order to make leader trait spawn and work.

Oh yeah the scientist dragon trait needs to be made into a councilor trait, the dragon ruler trait isn't spawning for some reason(might be the fact that I'm using a imperial goverment), and in that same vein there needs to be some workaround for your heir as their imperial heir trait keeps them from spawning with any non councilor trait which makes them way worse than regular dragon leaders.

Maybe other mod can ifluence outcome.Try launching stellaris with three mods - "Universal Modifier Patch 3.10", "Another Dragon Mod" and "Dragons Portrait Compatibility".After that make faction which is forced to spawn and create a game(for start size 200, 3-6AI). If works problem is in some other mod.

Even now? I understood well and it didn't worked until i made this change. I tested up to date mod version and spawning worked for me.

What I mean is that the custom faction I made to be used as an AI faction won't show up when set to "force spawn," and the fixed compatibility mod does nothing to fix it for me when I try it. Though thanks for the effort to help, and I could try it with fixing randomized to see if it does anything.

Honestly issue is extremely minor.If you want to fix it without subscribing to mod higher you can just go by this or similar address : E:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\workshop\content\281990\2298526795\common\species_classes

and change in .txt file line "randomized = no" to "randomized = yes"

Thought I would let you know, the "Another Dragon Mod" has some sort of bug in it where factions made with it's portraits don't spawn in as AI during a new game's initialization. If you are going to make this new mod a merger that fixes common bugs in merged mods, I would say that would be a good start. (I also meant to make my vote for merger but misclicked)
