The combine are arctic combine, that's the name, and speaking of combine. These realism/tactical mods wouldn't work as the lifeline beeps would alert each unit of their squadmates' death.

For the sake of the video i actually just had the npcs set to ignore players however I've managed to get somewhat fulfilling stealth out of the Improved Stealth 2.1 addon. You just need to tweak some sliders to customize how easy it is for npcs to spot you
