Looks fine on my side
Since it seems the graphical images do change and only the .gui files that are acting out (dunno if its only the military tab and the other areas work for you)
Somehow mine one isn't being used and instead is using vanilla one (unlikely since after all the new graphics are there so the mod is activated) OR another mod that is simillar to vanilla but still has to use the file is being prioritised.
Best I can recommend is to check which other mod is using that file and delete it

Might take a bit for workshop to update for you depending when you read this.
Please fix the conflict with the 'Bigger UI' mod
Most likely yes as it touches a lot of files. Best I can recommend is deleting the mentioned .gui files. That should result in only my mod changing them.
You should be able to find the mod and files in (where steam is located)/steamapps/workshop/content/236850/788906833/interface
Thing is, mine seems to be sized too large for the text. Any reason why that may be? Like the text is smaller than the backgrounds, which results in the UI extending down below where the text was.
