It was very fun. I'm not used to using notepad, but they were logic enough to handle the puzzles easily. Very well written, well done !

@Monkey_Chicka Thank you very much, im glad you enjoyed it!

This was really fun! I loved all the logic puzzles. Please make more rooms.
Dr Krank  [author] Jun 11, 2024 @ 6:10am
Thank you for your comment @LazyAndOkay this was one of the first rooms I made so it has some mistakes like bad quality/lightinng and more I will consider making some changes sometimes soon!
LazyAndOkay Jun 5, 2024 @ 1:45pm
So I enjoy the concept of this map, however, I cannot read the clues as the text is too small/smudged. (I play Steam Deck)
This meant that I misread the logic table in part one and had to use the walk through.
Now I'm stuck in part two, as I can't read the text in the book I received for completing a puzzle. Also, the walk through does not work anymore for some reason. I can view the hint for "Server Room", but I cannot click and view the hints in the section below.

Hey @KillerJT did you look at the walkthrough by pressing "H" ? This means that that these symbols are different. Each symbol represent either a dash or a dot so if sun is not equal to moon then onr of them is a dash and the other is a dot, they cannot both be a dot or both be a dash (equal)
KillerJT May 26, 2024 @ 8:51am
i confuse of the morse code what does mean this not equal to that :(
Dr Krank  [author] Mar 11, 2024 @ 6:33am
Hey @billyt1211 did you see the walkthrough by pressing 'H'? The first thing to do in part two is to solver the puzzle in the wall by moving the triangles, the goal is to align the squares inside the statue, after that you get a clue in the TV and you combine it with the cameras in the pc to get a code
Dr Krank  [author] Mar 11, 2024 @ 6:31am
Thank you so much @change this to look normal. Im glad this is your favourite map so far, id love to know your opinion on My up coming levels:)))
changed this to look normal Mar 10, 2024 @ 6:31pm
This is hands down my favourite map so far. It's not easy so good luck.
billyt1211 Mar 10, 2024 @ 3:47pm
what should we do in the part 2, after the sky is open there is no clue about the password
Dr Krank  [author] Feb 28, 2024 @ 4:02am
Glad you enjoyed it!!!
Dr Krank  [author] Feb 28, 2024 @ 4:02am
Yeah I know im making some changes now to optimize the room and brighten it up in some place.
rethanon Feb 27, 2024 @ 4:36pm
I enjoyed this level, however it was way too dark, in some places I couldn't even see the things I needed to interact with
Dr Krank  [author] Feb 23, 2024 @ 1:46am
If I can do it you can do it too!
squee Feb 21, 2024 @ 3:30pm
Cool, thanks for the info! That's encouraging! (Or maybe means that you're a very fast learner haha.)
Dr Krank  [author] Feb 21, 2024 @ 12:04pm
The editor video is quite good for a start but if you don't take the time to work on the editor yourself you will not be able to do much. It might be hard at first but it only gets easier afterwards, until you will be able to do everything with ease even if there is always something new to learn out there. My first room was posted just 8 days after i downloaded the game, it was the room i learned how most of basic things worked, then 20 days after, i posted this room(28 days after the download). I learned most of the things that are in the hacker while making it. I didnt even know how to use different variations of locks before and my 3rd room took quite a long time to do. I dont know exactly how much time but with a little practice and with the help of the room-editor channel in discord where people can answer your questions you can easily start making some interesting rooms and if you ever have any questions about anything you can ask me in my discord and i will be glad to help!!!
Dr Krank  [author] Feb 21, 2024 @ 12:04pm
These are some wild but very interesting theories!! haha
squee Feb 20, 2024 @ 12:57pm
No prob, thank you for spending the time and effort to make it! (Out of curiosity, how much time are we talking, like dozens of hours or hundreds? I checked out the building tutorial a few weeks back, and I feel like just learning how to place objects in the most basic way took me several hours lol.)

1) Hmm, I think I tried that and it didn't work for me, though it is also possible I'd forgotten how that mechanic worked. 3) OHHH I just thought that was a fancy header decoration, to go along with the symbol aesthetic, that makes sense now. 4) I figured out the flickering after the first stage (and consulted the map quite a bit after that), but initially I thought I needed to take the whole path at once to avoid lasers or sth (since there was talk about "traps"), or maybe that the X's marked particularly dangerous spots, or they indicated that someone had already stolen sth and I needed to reset the system by returning the items.... Lots of theories haha.
Dr Krank  [author] Feb 20, 2024 @ 8:41am
Also the room is poorly optimized because i had no idea back then thats why it might get laggy at times but i will definetely make some changes in the future!!
Dr Krank  [author] Feb 20, 2024 @ 8:39am
Hi squee! Thank you very much for playing my room and im really glad you enjoyed it. And i really appreciate your detailed review! 1)You are able to add the post it notes while examining ithe board by dragging them form your inventory to the board 2) I understand why this could be a bit tricky to find3) The hint that combines them is the - or . and also the guide panel 4) they do not come in pairs but if you notice the x's on the places you need to be flicker so thats how you know where to be and where to find the clues. When i had my brother and my cousin play my room they kinda ignored the panel too and just wandered around so i get it >.< . If you enjoyed playing my room please have a try at my new room Lost Lines: A sketch odyssey! I would love to know your opinion :)))
squee Feb 20, 2024 @ 8:12am
*for feedback purposes, places where I struggled:

1) being able to examine the cork board but not be able to add post-it notes while examining it made me overlook being able to interact with it in the non-focus view;
2) had no idea what to do after getting the keycard in the villain's office, spent some time looking for more clues on the walls relating to RW; card reader was too unnoticeable imo;
3) 100% would've never understood what the morse and the symbol sheet had to do with each other on my own; thought they were two separate, consecutive puzzles;
4) took me forever to notice the symbol books to make the robot face; in hindsight, would've preferred the X's to become revealed in sets, not all at once, so I'd know I had to search that area more carefully instead of wandering all around the map. (Loved hunting for the blinking light numbers tho, that was a neat idea.)
squee Feb 20, 2024 @ 8:08am
I really enjoyed this room! Some of the most challenging puzzles I've done in community rooms to date. I'm very proud that I solved almost everything by myself -- though at times I did find myself utterly at a loss of what to do next.

In such cases I consulted the walkthrough, which was also really well-made. I liked that it doesn't just tell you the final solution to a puzzle, but guides you step by step on how to arrive there yourself, so if you're stuck at any point you can get a nudge back to the right track while still getting a shot at solving the rest of it yourself. Big recommend!

(The map is fairly big/complicated, though, and does lag a bit more than average.)

Im so glad you liked the room Draggonoth! Good find on the cable, its not very common to get an issue fix comment after a month have passed. Just fixed it :)))
Draggonoth Feb 17, 2024 @ 6:04pm
I havent finished the room yet, im loving it and am currently in room two, have been doing it in one go so started in room 1. In room two, at the computer on the wooden desk, if you click on the monitor it goes to let you put in a code, but if you click specifically on the wire between the monitor and the mouse, it actually pulls you to focus on the computer at the very beginning of part 1 for some reason, if you reused the asset, maybe make it unclickable in this portion.

Anyhow, going to work on finishing it now, great room btw!!

Thank you very very much,Tux!!! I have to deal with my exams rn so the next one will be a bit later than i wanted it to be but its already on the making!!.
Tux! Jan 12, 2024 @ 3:34pm
This is one of the best I've played in a long time. Loved the morse and logic gates puzzles. Also the logical on the wall. Followed Dr Krank, can't wait to play the next one.
Dr Krank  [author] Jan 10, 2024 @ 1:45am
Thank you so much zEX!!!
zEX Jan 9, 2024 @ 11:24am
Astonishing map, one of my favorite amongst the dozens I've done.
Dr Krank  [author] Jan 8, 2024 @ 9:00am
Thank you very much Genital Hurricane!!! I always find morse code puzzles boring so i had to do something more interesting :)
Genital Hurricane Jan 7, 2024 @ 10:33pm
Easily one of the best community maps I've ever done. Very cool use of both binary and morse code on varying puzzles. Loved the progression.

Excellent Room. One of my favorites. Everything is perfect. Thank you Dr Krank.
Dr Krank  [author] Dec 16, 2023 @ 4:24pm
Ivv, this is one of the sweetest comments i have received, thank you for believing in me. And comparing me to cico ,one of my favourite creators, is such an honor to me!! I sure have a lot to work on and i hope my next escape room will be even better than this one!
Dr Krank  [author] Dec 16, 2023 @ 4:22pm
Yeah i agree with the settings being arbitrary, I have been playing this game for a little over a month now and im still learning a lot about things like that. It seems like some creators know what's best for their maps but its something I'm still learning! Thank you for trying my room!
Shigi Dec 16, 2023 @ 11:25am
Thank you for the tip with the settings. I changed them several times until I was able to clearly read everything, although it feels a bit arbitrary what combination of the settings makes it better. Anyway, thank you!
lvv Dec 16, 2023 @ 9:48am
more puzzles like this please + a more immersive story telling
, you could easily be a top creator like mr cico
Dr Krank  [author] Dec 15, 2023 @ 2:25pm
I don't know how i can help you with that :/. Maybe you have to change your options/settings. The logic puzzle is in a pretty high resolution in my computer and im sure it's like that to most of the people. I even downloaded it and its pretty good!
Shigi Dec 15, 2023 @ 11:03am
In my opinion the rooms are relatively dark. But this is actually an issue in the server room with the logic puzzle. I makes finding the drawers unnecessarily difficult because you can't see them.
And apart from that, the logic puzzle is so extremely pixelated and unclear, that I can barely make out anything that is written on it. Isn't it possible to fix it with a better resolution so it would be more visible what it is showing? I can't read anything on it. :/
Dr Krank  [author] Dec 14, 2023 @ 2:53am
If you see the puzzle again also the walkthrough If we agree that B=1 this gate =)_)- has an output of B=1 only if the inputs are 1 and 1 so C is 1. Also for A If we agree that C=1 this gate =|_>- has an output of C=1 only if inputs are 0 and 1, we already know that one input is 0 so the other input has to be 1, A is the opposite of this input because of thi gate >_> so A=0
JesusChalupa Dec 13, 2023 @ 12:49pm
Am I the only person who thinks the binary puzzle is wrong? I followed the truth chart carefully and found that C should =0 but the walkthrough says C= 1 which doesn't make any sense. Same issue with A. This puzzle was neat but very frustrating as its incorrect...
Dr Krank  [author] Dec 13, 2023 @ 2:22am
The Server room Is a quite dark room on its own,but i think with the right settings you won't have any problems navigating it. Because of its darkness and it's size its designed in a way to help you navigate around without missing anything, also every hint or button is visible because of it's color. Thank you, for trying my escape room and i'm very happy you found it fun!!
Dr Krank  [author] Dec 13, 2023 @ 2:18am
Im glad you enjoyed my room, about the logic gates i tried to make them a bit different so it's prettier and also i thought it would be simpler for people who have no idea about it, the xor gate is pretty complicated looking so i wanted to make it simpler. I love the fact that you put a lot in my escape room because that's what i always do, keeping notes and trying to solve puzzles in paper!!
BunnyhugBoy Dec 12, 2023 @ 8:39pm
The map was pretty fun but the server room section was just very dark. It was hard to see during that section.
-Forest- Dec 12, 2023 @ 4:43pm
Thoroughly enjoyed it. Nice to be able to play part 1 then come back later and start off with part 2 and not have to go all the way thru again. Found myself probably putting to much into it, so needed a few hints here and there. Maybe you drew the boolean logic different then the symbols actually or to put a twist into it. but I had to redraw to the actual symbol for and, xor and not to work it out, maybe I put too much into it though.

Think you did a great job at it, especially if was your first map. Kudo's.
Dr Krank  [author] Dec 9, 2023 @ 5:14pm
Thank you very much! Im very glad when people appreciate my puzzles :))

Really nice room, several clever puzzles!
Dr Krank  [author] Dec 9, 2023 @ 1:10pm
Its such an honor to be your first community room :)) Thank you so much for your words and motivation it really means a lot to me!!!
spiderman Dec 9, 2023 @ 12:30pm
This was literally the first workshop map I played. I LOVED IT SO MUCH! This map has a perfect difficulty (I think the blue light puzzle was too hard though, otherwise it was perfect) . I'm looking forward to playing more maps from Workshop, including yours. Keep it up!!!
