This meant that I misread the logic table in part one and had to use the walk through.
Now I'm stuck in part two, as I can't read the text in the book I received for completing a puzzle. Also, the walk through does not work anymore for some reason. I can view the hint for "Server Room", but I cannot click and view the hints in the section below.
1) Hmm, I think I tried that and it didn't work for me, though it is also possible I'd forgotten how that mechanic worked. 3) OHHH I just thought that was a fancy header decoration, to go along with the symbol aesthetic, that makes sense now. 4) I figured out the flickering after the first stage (and consulted the map quite a bit after that), but initially I thought I needed to take the whole path at once to avoid lasers or sth (since there was talk about "traps"), or maybe that the X's marked particularly dangerous spots, or they indicated that someone had already stolen sth and I needed to reset the system by returning the items.... Lots of theories haha.
1) being able to examine the cork board but not be able to add post-it notes while examining it made me overlook being able to interact with it in the non-focus view;
2) had no idea what to do after getting the keycard in the villain's office, spent some time looking for more clues on the walls relating to RW; card reader was too unnoticeable imo;
3) 100% would've never understood what the morse and the symbol sheet had to do with each other on my own; thought they were two separate, consecutive puzzles;
4) took me forever to notice the symbol books to make the robot face; in hindsight, would've preferred the X's to become revealed in sets, not all at once, so I'd know I had to search that area more carefully instead of wandering all around the map. (Loved hunting for the blinking light numbers tho, that was a neat idea.)
In such cases I consulted the walkthrough, which was also really well-made. I liked that it doesn't just tell you the final solution to a puzzle, but guides you step by step on how to arrive there yourself, so if you're stuck at any point you can get a nudge back to the right track while still getting a shot at solving the rest of it yourself. Big recommend!
(The map is fairly big/complicated, though, and does lag a bit more than average.)
Anyhow, going to work on finishing it now, great room btw!!
, you could easily be a top creator like mr cico
And apart from that, the logic puzzle is so extremely pixelated and unclear, that I can barely make out anything that is written on it. Isn't it possible to fix it with a better resolution so it would be more visible what it is showing? I can't read anything on it. :/
Think you did a great job at it, especially if was your first map. Kudo's.
