I love the idea behind this! This will definitely make for a really unique army. Also do you know where I can find the source of the placeholders?

I have no idea how you are able to this at all, so Im not even asking how you did it. but thats very impressive. :)

I started adding Warframe minis to the mod (the models were a bit trickier to work with than expected). For now I only have an Excalibur (with two poses) on the central table, but for the next updates I'll add more frames and weapons.

Adding syndicate squads is definitly something that is possible, just to have some cheap point holders or flanking units, and I like the idea of giving each of them their signature weapons, although they would need less powerful ones.

Adding companions is something I am thinking about, but Im not sure how to implement them.
I agree they shouldnt be actually units to deal damage and be damaged, as they really just offer buffs.
However I already gave each model 2 rules to be viable. So adding yet another rule for the token would be very overkill, and we dont have stuff like wargear in 10th anymore to get small benefits for slightly more points.
So for now, all I can see is making them the enhancements you can use, like simply A Sentinel, A kavat, A Kubrow and maybe A Moa, each giving a somewhat generic buff maybe represented by a token in some form.
For example a kavat token that allows the unit to get +1S on their weapons or something like that (representing the cat eye buff for extra crit)

yeah I specifically avoided all the other factions of warframe, since there are already people doing a corpus army for example.
This is meant to be a stand alone faction, and adding stuff like grineer or corpus to it wouldn't make sense and they would need to be their own faction, and they would all be quite "normal".

I want this army to be unique in the way that they only field single model characters, kind of like chaus knights fielding war dogs but at a much smaller scale with more models on the table.

Holy smokes dude, this looks amazing! Only thing I would add to what you currently have is just a model/token for each companion that can be given to Frames.

Okay, this would probably be way down your plans ahead, but it would be cool to see the different factions used for this[Grineer units, Corpus, Solaris, Regular Tenno, etc]. You could easily have the different enemy/ally types as entire units[Red Veil Operative squad with either the main primaries or the sidearm with the sneaky dagger]. The Warframes themselves would make great hero/character units{They'd probably be a little broken otherwise}.

the only example I can give is from the mod "Warframes of warframes" where someone made excalibur in a cool pose, but sadly all white.

Ok, so: after finishing my current project I'll start adding Warframe minis to my mod "Video Game Miniatures" (I'll tell when I'm done with the first three or so). Feel free to add them to this mod.

that would be insane! I just saw a completely white miniature of excalibur. but having all the basic warframes in their basic colors would be super cool!

now if they also had cool poses, that would be extra cool, but just having the models in miniature 3d models for this would be just phenomenal
