Uhhh Casual Tactical Rochelle, I gues. It's my personal edit of a buncha K1CHWA's textures, so don't bother searching. It's not on the workshop

That's actually a good idea. I mean, I've actually got a CEDA-less version I used for Biker Rochelle but I think it's better to ask tomaz himself. He probably has a better version than mine, since I literally edited it in Paint

well "akshually 🤓" the original mod is still technically reskinnable provided you have the mod priority set up properly but this is still cool and neat for people who don't want to deal with that

is the second screenshot's reskin present in the workshop or it's your personal edit?, i know the other one is kichwa's work
