Sorry for not doing anything sooner but i just sendt out an update that might fix the problems everyone was experiencing. If new bugs occur and i start playing isaac again i'll most likely fix them, but until then no more fixes.

Just died to a spike rock on my tainted lost run thinking I was safe, mod does infact not work

looks like stages like womb and afterwards are not registering properly
it hits you once, and while you're in the room it doesn't happen again
when you reenter the room, it can hit you once again
