Sadly you can't easily Create something like that as a "Texturepack"
Due to the forced Sprite Dimension Checksum... -.-
and there will be Bugs that the Player would need to use just to make this Functional... <.<;

But there were a Request to add an item to turned You into a Centaur, on the Terraria Forum [forums.terraria.org]

Her hair reminds me of one of the options for the player's hair, on the last tab of the Stylist hair style menu. Was that intentional?

and here I were concerned people would think it were a wraparound sling for a Centaur Foal <.<;
