Torryg is in Sovingard, or Alduin devoured him, he was on his way to Sovingard during the final fight with Alduin - he has no return to the world of the living even as a ghost, because he is either sitting at Shora's table with others, or disappeared in Alduin's bowels. I don't think you will get to this game point, that's why this nonsense, and Ulfryk is a puppet of Talmor - look for documents at the embassy; besides, he used a shout in a duel - and this is not in line with the rules - so he should not be a king either. I understand that history is bad, but if you want to add something to it, it would be good to get to know it to the end, to keep it together.

That's impossible as no scripts are added. Just an NPC. It's most likely a different mod.

Hi, Well i've got a little problem with your mod, its very interesting overall and all that, but there is a bugg. Whenever I go to the High Reach and get my army to follow me and then i decide to go back to skyrim through the main door of high reach, The army does not follow me. It just stays in the high reach. Seems like they dont know how to open a door :D The Npc which is the guard commander does follow me though, but the rest of my men stay behind :(

No there aren't mods or DLCs required for this. In the game Toryyg is supposed to be a ghost unless something went wrong, I'll go check and report back to you.
