Game won't start with mod active

the purple dude with many powers had one single selectable laser power on his head and a random unchangeable one on his chest (another laser) and the bobs lil darkie mod slapped every powerful looking character in this mod with ease. also like the dude below, it destroys not only my pcs load time in game but other apps opened up just shit their pants which only happen when i start up massive maps with all my multiple 100mb mods enabled which i dont, this is the only one. back to papa wilson
