- Is owned by Italy
- The province culture group is latin (lombard, umbrian or sicilian)
In your case, all the provinces that have a latin culture will be translated (if you want to create a Roman Empire using the custom nation function, remember to select a latin culture, umbrian for instance)
@fqxz Lazio is the name of the region that has Rome as capital (Like ile-de-france and paris). The province should be smaller to be called only Roma.
