The asset, known as the "Ruyi Bridge," is situated in Chengdu High-tech Zone, Sichuan Province, near the intersection of Jiannan Road, close to China Resources Phoenix City. This bridge spans Tianfu 2nd Street and connects to Dayuan Central Park Greenway. It includes a 1:4~1:12 spiral stairway on the sidewalk for pedestrian convenience and 1:12 ramps at both ends for easy access to greenways on either side. The bridge links Dayuan Park on the south with urban and green spaces on the north, facilitating pedestrian and bicycle movement. It was part of the "Chengdu High-tech Zone Major Landscape Enhancement Project" and designed by Chengdu Zhongzhu Huakai Architectural Design. The bridge has a total area of 1151 m², a length of 42m, and was completed in 2018.
