When I click "start listening" the game closes, why?

If you use message prefix without text, vpet reports an error and closes after clicking “ok”

I can link my account to the twitch, but when I click on start listening, it says I can't connect to the channel.
What could be the cause? (Using translator)

There are mods that changes the chat option from fixed questions to ChatGPT chatting.
So is there a way to make this read the twitch chat, and pull the information to talk to the pet instead of pet reading what the chat says?

in the TwitchChatMessage - Settings make sure to remove the !vpet from the message prefix box. what it is doing is searching for the emote named !vpet from twitch and when it finds it then it will display the message. so if you leave it blank it will not search for any before text and the message will display no mater what.

It says connected to me, but it doesn't respond even when the correct settings are in place

@How dare You I made some tests on a windows 10 x64/x86 image and it worked. The only bug I found was adding a white character (space) in the message prefix. All I can suggest at this point is that you check for unwanted characters in the prefix.
