can it be made to look different then a standing stone, or change its coloring , maybe bake it glow a lil after u discover it ?

Can you make a spell book so you can teleport to a stone when not at a stone? Otherwise, fast travel is more effecient, still would be, but it would make me happier. Please.

When you use the stones to teleport will time elapse for the fast travel?
