@Doodle128 Theres a really great (and free) program called ColourSimulations on the Microsoft Store that I've been using. It can act like a filter over your entire screen, or part of it, and simulate colorblindness. Its been one of the main tools I've been using while editing sprites. Additionally it has a couple modes for colorblind people that are supposed to help differenciate, but I can't speak much to the effectiveness of those modes!

@Sprockett Yeah. They're so much more unique and a lot easier to identify at a quick glance in the inventory or on the floor

Now make an addon that gives players the feeling of colourblindness so they support this more

@vinylsama that's something I'll look into for sure. I was playing with my friend with my colorblind filter on to see if I noticed anything else and jumped straight into lava without realizing it. Granted that was the first time I'd seen lava with the filter on, so just I didn't recognize it. I initially thought the liquids would be fairly easy to differentiate, but I see now they could probably use a bit of tweaking.
