nope, i was waiting to get banco lopez as i prefer using unique companies wherever possible. i got thousands of these two errors a second: Error: Invalid left side during comparison 'state_region'
Script location: common/company_types/00_flavoured_companies_NorthAndean.txt:1031 Error: Event target link 'state_region' did not get a matching scope type. Expected 'state', but got 'building'

i did have enough non-company owned buildings, like 3 paper and 4 furniture, the state had something like 70 financial districts in the state but the tooltip acted as if it didnt have the 15 necessary, if i was missing the 5 paper/furniture/coffee the tooltip would have been different.

@incognitofiver make sure you have a state with atleast 5 available building from the types of paper, coffee and/or furniture. The bank seems fine to me, but I will check it out.

the colombian bank (Banco López) seems to be broken, despite having more than enough financial districts in cundinamarca i cannot form it and im getting flooded with errors, only occurs after i research the required tech for it.

@r3nard This is intended. Deusche Bahn is only available to any nation that forms Germany. Its one of the main conditions. Sorry for the inconvenience :/. If Switzerland becomes able to form Germany in the future, we will give Switzerland the option to form the company.

A very nice mod,but I found some bug in it.When I play as switzerland and found The South German Railways Company,if I want to further establish Deutsche Bahn, the log requires me to complete the event of German national identity, but the mainstream culture of Switzerland is not North or South Germany, so this log will definitely not be completed, I hope you can modify this condition, thank you very much:steamfacepalm:

@dampftet I tested each merger company through out a few playthroughs and didn't have any issues getting both required companies to prosperity after a few years. You have to build your economy around it and subvention exports of the produced goods, but its not "too" hard, getting both to prosperity. After they hit prosperity, I usually lower the subventions by 1 or 2 levels.

Another thing - the merger companies are very hard to achieve when they have the requirement to have both companies at 100 prosperity (as in the IG Farben one). This is really hard with the game having changes in prosperity nearly every week. I think a better choice would be to give the player the option to invest heavily in creating such a merger company or remove the 100 prosperity in favour of them just being prosperous for the duration of the Journal Entry.

@esmalls @dampftet Local prestige goods, such as hydroelectricity and Luxury Transportation are only getting used by pops directly. The tooltip was written by Paradox without considering local goods. For some reason they work differently. We'd like to fix it but currently don't know how.

Why cant hydroelectricity provide throughput gains for buildings? It seems that buildings are not using hydroelectricity.

There is a bug with the companies that give luxury transportation as a prestige good.

Despite the tooltip saying resource buildings will use it, they do not.

So by using companies like the Companie Internationale des Wagons-Lits you are sabotaging your own economy as your mines and logging camps will suffer from perpetual transportation shortages. Would love for this to be fixed.

I want something on Steam to specifically call out that this mod affects prestige good and tells you where to get that information.

If the info is in the spreadsheet then sure - but put a heading in the description here that says that.
Something *here* needs to clearly point to the information in some way.

This information being unclear contributes to confused questions spilling over onto other mod's comment sections.

Also, the game does allow me to found one of those companies but ONLY if I own a state in Indonesia that has the required buildings. This of course sucks because you want the company to be located in Holland.

@TheFinalBoss acquire yourself one state in indonesia and keep it, so that you can build some plantations over there. This way you will be able to form the colonial companies, we will take a look to improve the tooltip.

I had 5 tea,tobacco,coffee in south sumtra and a few other indonesian states that were all state owned. The button to form any of the new colonial companies is greyed out and it says I own 0 of the required buildings.

Some of the dutch colonial goods companies aren't working properly. The interface says they only require ownership of any tobacco,coffee, or sugar plantation in indonesia but once those are built the button is still greyed out and it says you have 0 of the required buildings even when you do.

Ok, true, however, this list requires someone to be familiar with all possible vanilla prestige goods to make certain judgements. I didn't even realise until recently this added prestige goods...

It would be amazing to have a pinned discussion post to identify just the NEW prestige goods added by the mod.

i.e.
- Ammunition (2 New):
-> Mauser
-> Remington
- Small Arms (0 New)
- Wine (1 New):
-> Mediterranean Wine

The goal is so that someone can quickly get a handle on whether they have multiple mods competing for the 3 prestige good slots per good or not.

@force200 Historically, there were multiple attempts to merge the railway systems of the different German states, but they always fell through due to the monarchs not willing to give up their state held railways. After Germany was forced into a republic after WW1, all the monarchs lost their powers and the merger finally went through in the early 1920s.

TLDR: Monarchies stopped the merger from happening.

@radwilly1 do you have any other sources of private construction allocation, or do you use another mod that increases changes laws? It shouldn't get to 100%, 75%+10/15% depending on the bank is not 100%

@flardamar I'm having an issue with government construction while having a bank. It adds 10% private construction allocation, but since I have Laissez-faire I have 90% allocation already, meaning it goes to 100%. This works fine when you have more construction than the investment pool can utilize, but if you start to have insufficient construction for investment pool then all government buildings will stay queued and only private construction will work.
