I also use the CEFCodecFix from github for x64's something issue, im not sure if it plays a role though

Yeah, I understand why it's happening. I'm curious why I'm fine, I have decals enabled and spam the same thing in the console, but I don't crash :^)

a huge flood of CUtlLinkedList overflow! (exhausted memory allocator)
followed by
Decal has more than 16384 indices! (318609) Not adding to dih/commissions/nikke/npc/nikke_anis_f.mdl.
appearing in the console right before it crashes

The model doesn't crash my game. I might add it, but I can't test the solution to the problem.
