1. There needs to be a DV waypoint, which you can restore by clicking restore waypoints on the decent vehicle waypoint tool IF you have one saved or one from a mod installed
2. background npcs should have DV support option on and there should be at least a number over 0 for the cars to spawn.
3. dont forget to download the car mods so they spawn

you can build one using the Decent Vehicle waypoint tool, there are youtube videos on how to use it and its short and easy. You can also restore them when saved or from addons that already have them set up for you.

how dfo you make a DV path

they can spawn on their own, but depending the size you might need a strong PC. decent vehicle tends to be laggy.

They spawn automatically, you need to have a DV point set and the Addon setting of background npcs must have at least one car for civilian or whatever group you choose and dv support enabled.

they work on any as long as there is a DV waypoint on the map
