I'll strive to represent this ability in an interesting way (But there really are so few pictures of her)

I have not seen Magical Girl Raising Project represented by any mods before. It is really fitting for Stellaris since it has a really big collection of them, various types of weapons that they use, and it is also VERY violent and grim, which I think fits the theme of mahou shoujo in a strategy game.

Shadow Gale would be quite fitting and interesting, as her specialty is upgrading machines in a clueless but effective way. She is also alive, if someone using her wanted to make an empire according to lore.

@StarWarrior50 Yes, there haven't been any good anime or games lately, I've played Magical Battle Arena as well, but I ended up deleting it because there weren't any players online
Sarara and Kirara seem to come from the game Mahou Shoujo Kirara and Sarara, but the main storyline only goes up to the fifth episode and hasn't been updated further
