Actually... more shot speed more ticks makes sense for tears too... Cuz they could be ticked more frequently to actually hit enemies.

lol, i hope so, since that makes azazels beam tick more if damaging enemies, so if i can combine them, perhaps i can acquire the never-ending brim

yeah this mod doesn't support other brim manipulation yet, except visual ones, this is my first mod, i'll update it if people like the actual idea of it
