as said on the official mod you also replied this to, Its an RP mod, made for an RP server, for roleplayers, so they can roleplay. Its the entire point...

except for civilians aka people not wanting to play navy or pirates.. they constantly get told to stop and get things taken from them. all i wanted to do was play your mod and REALLY enjoyed the questing ans the like, but i hated the RP as it demanded you take part or get off the server. just a server full of bullies and toxic pvpers. too bad, its one of the better mods to atlas.
